I Love You Card

Hey everybody! Sorry it has been a couple of days! It's been a little crazy around here. With taxes, basketball all stars, softball, and baseball (about to start), my Paw Paw has been doing really bad, please keep him and the family in your prayers.
I also mentioned a couple of month's ago that Chance was going to have another medical test done, well he has a very HUGE cancer rate in his family, so for precautionary reasons, he got a test done yesterday. And Praise God, everything went great! Everything looked normal, so not another check-up for 5 yrs, unless he has symptoms or problems. We are VERY happy with this news, because the results not only effect Chance, but they will effect our kids health one day too! So thanks for all the prayers, before the test ever happened! :)

Speaking of the kids...Autumn will be trying out for Jr. High cheerleader on March 17th for the next school year. I can't believe she is getting so big! I know she will do great! :)

And Chace got in trouble today. A little girl in his class said he liked one of the girls, (We don't allow girlfriend- boyfriend stuff, they are TOO young for that!), and she embarrassed him and he told her to be quiet and she didn't. So he threw a piece of paper at her and hit her in her eye. (She is fine.) So he was sent down to the office and our old pastor is also the principal. So the principal called Chance and Chance told him, that he shouldn't have hit a girl and to give him licks. The principal didn't really want to, but it was either that or ISS (in school suspension). So licks it was! It has been a crazy day, because Chace is NEVER called to the office, so I think this might be his last trip for awhile.

Ok, so I finally got to stamp a little today and I inked up my new Love Birds set from Wplus9 Design Studio and I LOVE this set! The two little love birds are too cute! :)

I worked on another card, but I had to bring the kids to ALL of their practices, so I didn't get to finish it. Maybe tomorrow. Don't forget about the EBTKS challenge!

Well that's all! Have a Blessed night!

Such a cute card Winter. And your schools still give licks? That's crazy! Poor guy.

Adorable card Winter, I agree...mmm PEEPS!!! Love those little sugary marshmellowy chicks. LOL

That is great news about Chance, I'm sure it helps to relieve a lot of stress.

Poor Chace, those little girls can be such trouble-makers.

Your card is so charming, Winter, perfectly crafted!
Sorry to hear about Chace's troubles at school...i have to share with you about my son, in first grade he got in a fight and was sent to the principal (who was my boss at the time), I gave the OK for a swat (hardest thing I've ever done) but Andy never had a problem at school again (and he's now studying to be a youth pastor). Praise God for timely, loving discipline with prayer and reconciliation.
Rejoicing with you on your good news about your hubby's health!
blessings to you,
nancy

Winter! Glad to hear the tests went well! What a great card! What in the world is licks? A swat? I didn't know they still did that in schools. It will probably help that he won't do anyhting to be sent to the principal again! :>
