EBTKS Challenge #21- Sketch

Good morning! I have another EBTKS sketch for you today! This weeks host is Kelly Marie and she got the inspiration for the sketch from her washing machine! :) I really LOVED the sketch, I will be using this one again! :) Again the sponsor this week is...Love My Tapes! Those tapes are too cute and look so fun!

And here is my card using the sketch.
I recently bought these stamps from Paloma from Dulces Ideas. These stamps are TOO cute! I have really been into making baby gifts lately, so I thought I would make another card. You could use it for a boy or a girl, but I think I like it better for a boy.I love this new paper too, it is some of my paper from my CARDS package.
Supplies: Cardstock: green (Hobby Lobby), white (Georgia Pacific); Patterned paper: Bunting (Studio Calico); Stamps: bow- Baby Shower, sentiment- Welcome, crib & mobile- Cuarto del Bebe (Ducles Ideas); Ink: Tea Leaves (VersaMagic), Basic black (SU!) ;Other: circle cutter
(Martha Stewart), foam adhesive

So stop by the EBTKS blog to get all the info and to see all the other designers projects.
Have a Blessed day!

EBTKS Sketch 3 Challenge

Good Morning! It's time for another Sketch Challenge at EBTKS blog. This week, the sketch is from Lynnette. Her idea came from her TV stand. I tell you what, inspiration really is everywhere, if we just look! :) I was very thankful that Lynnette and the other EBTKS girls, allowed me to do the post over at the EBTKS blog, to help spread the word about the St. Jude card drive. Thanks girls! :) Although it is not mandatory to make a card for St. Jude's, we would like to invite you all to join us in the card drive if you would like. There is still time to send in cards for the card drive and the challenge will last until Jan. 25th! So please stop by the EBTKS blog for all of the details on the challenge and to see all the other EBTKS girls' cards! And go here, for all of the details on the card drive.
So here is the awesome sketch and my card for the challenge and it will also go to the kids at St. Jude's! This one is a little more girly, than the others that I have made, but Valentine cards, tend to look girly! :)

Everthing But The Kitchen Sink Sketch Challenge #2

Good morning! I am so excited to bring this month's Everything But The Kitchen Sink sketch challenge to you! I have found my inspiration from none other than, my "STOVE"! :) I just flipped the image and thanks to 'Courtney', here is the graphic image! Here is my card. I just had to make another Christmas card! And look at the wire, that's the wire out of wired ribbon! Who would have thought?! :)So here are the rules. Make a card or layout using the sketch. You have from today Dec. 15 until Dec. 25 to link it to Mr. Linky over at EBTKS blog. Don't forget to check out the other talented ladies too!

And here is the prize! "52 More Scrapbooking Challenges by Elizabeth Karchner". I have been so inspired by her and her blog and I am so excited about this book, I really LOVE it! I started out as a scrapbooker years ago, then I found card making and scrapbooking took a back burner. So this new year, I am going to get back to making some layouts and having memories for my kids. And this book is just what I needed. It is not just for scrapbookers, it is for all crafters!

I was so excited about the challenge, that I made a layout. I used my sketch and challenge # 29, to use fabric scraps in your scrapbooking. The title to the layout is 'Many Faces', our clothes in the pictures have many different colors, so I used many different fabrics and patterns and I tried to use some of the same colors to match our outfits too! All of the couches are fabric, but the purple one, it's cardstock.

I don't know why, but sometimes it doesn't enlarge when you click on it. It's probably something I'm doing wrong! :) So the journaling says, "Taking family pictures takes alot time and patience. So we like to have fun with it too. Here are the many faces of us!" I'm trying to use my own handwriting, and I really don't like it, but one day it might mean something to my kids! :)

The post is already really long so if you have any questions about the supplies, just let me know!

Have a Blessed day!
