Moxie Fab- Tuesday Trigger

Hey everybody! I can't tell you how tired I am of cleaning! :) I have been de-cluttering my kids' bedrooms! They have WAY to many toys! I took out about 6 large leaf trash bags full of toys and 1 bag of trash out of their rooms! :) My kids take very good care of their toys, and always have, so we usually take them to a local foster center for kids that are waiting for adoption. They have so many kids there and they really could use something to get their minds off of waiting on a home! We had Christmas Party there about two years ago. The kids made 'Wish Lists', and everyone from church took a couple of names and bought them gifts, and we gave them all Bibles! It was an AMAZING day and it was very heavy on my heart, to see those kids there, like no one wanted them! :( So if anyone has a local foster center, and want to donate, please call them! They usually need alot of stuff and they would really appreciate it! :)
Also, please continue to pray for my friends and the baby! She called me today and said the birth Mom has to go to court tomorrow over the baby testing positive for drugs at birth. And they wanted her to bring the baby to see the Mom after court! As you can imagine, this is very hard on the foster parents! We do want the birth Mom to get better, and yes, it would be very hard for the baby to go back, but please just pray for God's will!
Now, on to crafty stuff! I made this card for the Moxie Fab- Tuesday Trigger! I really loved the inspiration pic, it just screams Thanksgiving to me! I don't know who carved these, but they have A LOT of patience! :) I used the template from a pumpkin card that Kristina Werner made! So here's my card! :)

Supplies:

Cardstock- (Recollections) cream, (Paper reflections) brown

Stamps- (PTI) mega mixed messages, (EK Success) Inspirables, (Studio G) monograms

Ink- (ColorBox) chalk chestnut roan, (VersaMagic) wheat

Pumpkin template from Kristina Werner

What a GREAT idea, Winter. I totally forgot about the pumpkin template on Kristina Werner's blog, but you did an awesome job with it. Fits the challenge perfectly!

Great take on the trigger Winter!!! I didn't even know Kristina provided a template. I'll have to get that. Thanks for the heads up on Foster care. Since I just moved I've also de cluttered rooms. My little also has nearly new toys that I've been wanting to donate to a good cause. I'm really looking into that. I'll continue praying for your friend. What a hard situation. But like you said we pray for God's will :)

This is gorgeous Winter!! Perfect take on the challenge!! When I was a child, our church would go at Christmas time to the Baptist Children's Home and we would do the same thing. We would all get names of the kids living there and take them Christmas presents, eat dinner, and just hang out and play with them. So sad... I will never forget how it felt being there and how, at such a young age, I was thankful for my family!
