Kristina Werner's One Layer Card Challenge

Hey everybody! Well we had softball and baseball games and camps all day today, so no house cleaning got done. I guess I could be doing it know instead of being on here, but I'm too tired! But I did get to make a card today for the Kristina Werner's one layer card challenge! I made the card for my friends daughter. We didn't get to go to the party today because of all the sports stuff, and my brother and his family came and spent the day with us and ate supper, so she will get her gift tomorrow. Her birthday party was done in kitties & puppies, so I thought these little stamps were perfect for it!
I know that I am rusty in card making, because it took me 5 times to get this card! I would either not ink my stamp good enough and the image wasn't crisp, or I got StazOn cleaner dripped on the card, or didn't space stuff right! So I wasted to much PTI cardstock! :( I only had a little bit of time to work on it, but I thought I would at least have enough time to work on another one too! But no such luck! :) So let's just say, I'm glad this card is finished! :)
Supplies: Cardstock- (PTI) white ; Stamps- (PTI) Tiny treats valentine, (Practicing Creativity) Look up, (Inkadinkado) Chelsea alphabet ; Ink- (StazOn) jet black, (SU!) brocade blue, pixie pink, pumpkin pie, yoyo yellow ; Other- (EK Sucess) colored pencils

I wanted to give you all a update on Chace. I took him in to the Dr. on Thursday and she said it wasn't a common rash, but she didn't think it was anything serious. It isn't really itching or hurting, she seems to think that he might have had a virus and this was part of it. He had a little cough last week, so maybe that was it. But the Dr. wanted me to bring him back on Friday after school, just so she could see it after 24 hours. She said it didn't look worse and to keep any eye on it and Benadryl, Calamine lotion, and baking soda baths as needed. So Thank you for all the prayers!

Well have a Blessed night, I'm off to bed! :)

what a fun card!!! Love all the different stamps :) So was this easy or hard? I thought the most time to make my card was in the thinking about it...several days!! LOL But once you have an idea, it was fast to make!! Kristina may be onto something!! LOL...but I love ribbon and buttons too much!! LOL Good news about Chace :)

Sweet, sweat card, Winter. I too, had a tough time (i.e. it took a long time) to make one layer cards...
