Embellish Celebrate Birthdays Color Challenge

Good morning! Well it's time for another Embellish Challenge and this time we are to use the colors pink, blue, green, and brown and celebrate Birthdays. Here is the inspiration pics.
And here is a card I made for my Mee Mee. Her Birthday was Sunday and she turned 80! She is an Amazing women and I love her so much! We had a Big Birthday party for her and also got to visit with my Paw Paw who is very sick! Please keep him in your prayers.
It was very hard for me to use blue, I realized that I don't use that color blue much at all! But it is a great way to get you to try something new! I wanted the card to have flowers on it, because my Mee Mee still at 80, has the most amazing flowers! I really think her thumbs are green! :)
And I had some scraps left over, and I needed another card for a sweet lady that we use to go to church with. Her Birthday was Saturday and she turned 81! She will get the card a little late, but I'm sure she won't mind! So here is hers. I think I like this one better! :)
Well I started working on our business taxes yesterday! :( I really don't like this time of year! So I will be really busy with that, the next couple of weeks! Usually I start working on it in December, but the card drive kept me busy! I really need to get more organized in that area. So if anyone has any tips, please let me know! :) And we are suppose to get snow tonight! If anyone knows anything about Southeast Texas, you will know that this is crazy! We don't get snow much at all! :)
Well I guess I need to get back to taxes! Don't forget about the EBTKS challenge.
I hope ya'll have a Blessed day!

Love them both...can't believe that is an MS stamp...it's gorgeous! (not usually crazy about her stamps) But then again, it is you we are talking about...so of course it looks amazing!

So glad you got your stamps and I can't wait to see what you create!

Beautiful flowers Winter! I like that you didn't shy away from the bright colours like I did. I like the polka dots and scallops of the first card.

I love them both Winter! They are gorgeous! I love that big label on the 2nd one!! I can't believe you are going to get snow! It warmed up here as soon as you left... but... it has been cold again today so if you are going to get snow... we probably will too! yuck!
