Moxie Fab Ruffle Challenge

Hey everybody! WOW, I have some great blog friends! How can anyone not have a great 30th, with sweet comment that ya'll leave?! Just Amazing! :) My family and church family were so sweet too! My husband and kids asked me what I wanted for my birthday, and of course I wanted something crafty! So he asked if he could buy it at a store or online, I told him online would probably have a better deal! So he said well, order it! So I got on Overstock.com and found a BIG SHOT! The shipping was $2.95! I looked at other sites and the shipping was $29.95, no way was I paying that! :) So I hope to have a Big Shot at my house next week! :) Then one of my best friends from church bought me a new purse and wallet! She always knows what I like, you can't go wrong with a purse! And my MIL bought me a gift certificate to a little shop that has cute jewelery and stuff! And another sweet lady at church gave me money! All the kids in Sunday school made me cards (including my kids), and some of my sweet blog friends too! I am so overwhelmed, with the love that I feel! Thank You!

Another happy thing is, my card was picked on the "What's HOT List" over at Embellish magazine! Thanks Ashley, Sarah, and Charlene! So today I wanted to share a couple of cards that I needed to make for a Wedding and a Thank You card. I decided to enter them in the Moxie Fab Ruffle Challenge. This challenge is to use a ruffle in some way, and if you know me, you know that was not hard! I LOVE RIBBON!!!! And check out that new houndstooth paper I bought at ROSS, it was a pack of 25 for $2.99! I LOVE it, I think I might make a note card set or something out of it! Ok, so here they are!
Supplies:

Wow, where do I start?? Great ruffles cards. They are fabulous. Good job on the deal on your Sizzix! You are going to love it. I love mine so much more than I ever thought I would. I use it all the time. Congrats on making the "What's Hot List!" It's well deserved that card was so cute.

All of your stitching makes me want to add a sewing machine to my Christmas list... The effect is great!

I'm so glad you had a great 30th birthday! I told you turning 30 wasn't so bad ;)

Congrats, Winter!!! Your cards are lovely!!! Ruffles add so much detail and elegance to cards. I bought three packs of Making Memories pattern paper at Ross also for $2.99. It's a great deal. I thought of making a few card sets to give as gifts for Christmas ;) Have a wonderful evening :)
