KWerner Color Challenge #47

It's time for another color challenge over at KWerner's I love doing these challenges when I have cards I need to make for someone. I made this one for my daughter's teacher at school. I am really lovin' stitching on cards (if you haven't noticed), it is so much fun!! I also just got the Papertrey Ink stamps "Mixed Messages" last week, you can mixed and match the stamps to what you want them to say, so neat!! I'm still trying to tie those bows like Dawn McVey's, hers are so pretty, I still have a long way to go! Well here it is, hope you like it!

My Mind's Eye, white, yellow, and brown CS, Papertrey Ink- Mixed messages stamps, ColorBox Chalk- dark brown ink, orange satin ribbon, stitching, distressing

Have a blessed weekend!!

Winter, I looked at your card earlier. It is really beautiful! I have just been in one of those funks, so I did not stop to tell you that I liked your card. Where do you live in Southeast Texas. I am moving back to Texas to live near my daughter who is in Round Rock( North Austin). I was from San Antonio. Anyway great card! I just finished sweeping 12inches of snow off my front porch, to make a path way down my steps.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Wow! I just love it. I also love the way you mixed fonts for your sentiment.

Also, thanks so much for the comment! I'm glad there is someone else out there that loves that felt ribbon. The only tough part is adhering it. I used an excessive amount of glue dots! haha!

Ooh just loving that ribbon, and I am usually almost allergic to orange, but it looks so silky smooth it's just asking to be touched! Fabulous job with the colour challenge, hope your daughter's teacher loves it as much as your blog readers do! Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog too!

Winter,

Thanks again for another comment! You should ask Kristina how to use it with your cricut because the designs are amazing! I contacted her before I bought them as most things tend to not work with Macs, and she assured me that it came with files that would. Very nice of her! :)
