August Calendar

Hey everyone! I was so inspired by Tina at TravelingMama's July calendar, that I made one too! I used similar colors, and used some more of the Try Before You Buy papers at PTI, and alot of Studio G stamps , and some SU! stamps, and some others. I can't wait to start using it! I think I'm going to put it in a page protector and use a dry erase marker to write on it, then when the month is over, just add some pictures and it turns into a scrapbook page! Thanks for the inspiration Tina! I wish I would have made these from the first of the year! :) Here's the calendar! Supplies: To many to list, if you have questions about something, let me know! :)

Locker Calendar

My Daughter needed a calendar for her locker at school. I made her one that measures 6X6. I made it so she could put a small picture in it. I didn't put pictures in all of them yet, she can add more throughout the year. On the month of January, it is a picture of My daughter Autumn (on the right) and her friend from church (on the left). When she is done with it and if it isn't torn up, I can take it apart and take off the month, let her journal on it and make her a 6X6 album for her to keep. I wanted to take more pictures, but I lost sunlight and I don't have very good lighting inside. Maybe more tomorrow.

Paper: Kaleidoscope & scraps I had

Stamps: Autumn Leaves- Hand drawn alphabet (love this stamp), small number stamp from a Dollar Store (I bought years ago)

Ink: Stampin' Up!- basic brown & pixie pink

Accessories: Satin & grosgrain ribbon in assorted colors, Brown pen, binder rings
