I found this owl stamp a couple weeks ago at Michael's $1 bin, I really fell in love with it. I wanted him to sit on a limb, but it didn't have a stamp like that, so I hand cut one. Of course I had to do some distressing and stitching! :) I also used my new Papertrey Ink - Mixed messages stamp set. I can't believe that I didn't use very much ribbon on this card, I LOVE ribbon! I went to town yesterday and bought some new crafty stuff, I used some of the buttons that I bought today, it was from the Bag-O-Buttons ( They are so cute)! If you notice the big button on the bottom of the card has wood grain on it, I thought it would be perfect for this card! I also wanted some wood grain on the branch, so I hand drew it on, and water colored the yellow eyes. Okay enough rambling, here's the card, hope you like it! Good Luck everybody on the challenge! :)
