Happy St. Patrick's Day! My daughter has a friend from school, her mom had a little baby girl today, (I should say BIG girl), she weighed 13 lbs. 13 oz. The lady has 4 kids and all of them weighed over 10 lbs. when they were born! WOW!! That's
a lot of baby!! So her baby was born on St.
Patrick's Day and weighed the lucky 13-13. I don't believe in luck, I believe it's just blessed! So this is my sentiment on my card today! Don't focus on the handwriting, just the message! The design idea was from
Dawn McVey. I LOVE her style in cards!! I also love the way she ties her bows, I finally got one to look a little bit like
hers! This ribbon was another $ bin find from Michael's, when I saw it I fell in love! I finally bought Martha Stewart's butterfly punch and it went perfect with ribbon! Hope you like it!
Recipe:
Paper: Best Occasions,SU! green CS, white & dark green CS

This is so pretty! i love it!
Specially the colors :)
Love your card for the "St Pat's Day Baby", and I agree with you about being Blessed not Lucky.
I am also a big fan of Dawn McVey~she really does have the Bow thing down! and been known to CASE a few of her cards for different family/friend occasions :)
That's a BIG baby! Wowsa!
I use Photoshop CS4, but I have also used earlier versions (CS2, CS3). Photoshop Elements is a neat version that's a lot cheaper in price, and you can pretty much do everything you needed on it, but it's more limited the full version of Photoshop. You can get a free trial of it [Elements] for 30 days. Hope this helps! I'm here if you have anymore questions.
This card is beautiful!! love the colors you used, very nice card :)
Hi Winter ... ooooh I just love this one! Loving the greens (my favourite colour) ... and love the way they team with the black! Just gorgeous. Thanks for stopping by my blog recently. It is always nice to have new visitors ... but I do recall you stopping by before! So ... it is nice to see you again! Stampin' Hugs, Andrea
