Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #11

Hey, I'm back again! It's time for another color challenge from Dawn. My daughter loves to draw and sketch dress designs, so I wanted to make her a little design sketch book. Kristina made a book a couple of days ago, and she left a link for the pages inside. I also liked the dress on this card, so I tried to create a dress to go on the book, since it is for dress designs! :) I plan on making me one of these books too for cards and layouts. It was a little hard for me to use red in this challenge, but I guess it worked out! I also had a fight with the stapler, I think it won! :) I wanted it to have clean edges, but while I was stapling the book together, the staple messed up and tore the paper. So I just distressed all the edges and added some stitching, and I think it kind of reminds me of frayed edges and stitching that fabric would have! I really need the stapler that swivels around! Anyway, here is the book!

Here is the inside.

Supplies:

Paper- ColorBok cs

Stamp- Autumn Leaves- Hand drawn alphabet, Studio G- high heels

Ink-StazOn-jet black

Accessories- hand drawn dress, flower punch, black satin ribbon, green grosgrain, pink with black polka dots grosgrain ribbon, black marker for lines and dots, Heidi Swapp distressor, Fiskars scallop template, inside pages- KWerner Design, staples

Have a Blessed day!

  6. I adore your card! How perfect for this challenge! Hailey was taking dance for a while here and then I saw the recital. Awful! It was over three hours of every age group doing the SAME dance. I told Hailey I would just teach her at home, but I've pooped out. There is just so much one person can do,right?

Oh, and I am so excited that you made the 5th spot! Send me your mailing address so I can pop some goodies into the mail for you!
    Hugs!
