Well Hello! I would say TGIF, but we have a very busy weekend! We have a family reunion that we cannot attend, our employee is getting married and we cannot attend, all because of FOOTBALL games! I am so ready for football and cheerleading to be over! :) We would miss the games so we could attend the other events, but so many players have already quit! We really need the players, so we are going to the games! We just found out that Chace's team and the team Autumn cheers for, is going to playoffs! So that means at least one more game next weekend, and if they win, there will be more! This season is like the Energizer Bunny, " it keeps going and going and going!" :) Oh well, they are only kids once! :)
Well today I wanted to share a card I made for my sister's MIL. She just found out this week that she has breast cancer. When I heard the news, I just wanted to let her know that I would be praying for her, then I see that Ashley and the girls had another challenge for us, and that is just what I needed to make her this card! The challenge was Embellish the Cure Color Challenge with Bling! We are to use the colors fuschia, light pink and grey and use bling! Look at the pretty pictures and colors, it is one of my most favorite color combos and I think I need those shoes! :) I also submitted it to the CARDS blog Challenge, where we are to use lots of white space and a some type of collage! My card wasn't showcased over at the CARDS blog, but some of my friends cards were! Kelley, Sarah, & Kim and alot of other talented ladies! So go by and check them out! (The inside of the card reads... "The task ahead of us is never as great as the power behind it!" I also wanted to share the meaning of the word "Hope". Hope is a belief in a positive outcome related to events and circumstances in one's life. Hope is the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that the events turn out for the best. That is encouraging to me, so if there is someone out there reading this and needs some encouragement, just remember that God can give you Hope through any circumstance! Supplies:
Cardstock- (PTI) sweet blush, (Georgia Pacific) white
Stamps- (PTI) polka dot basics II, (The Paper Company) faith greetings
Ink- (PTI) smokey shadow, (SU!) Pink passion
Other- (Recollections) pink rhinestones, (Fiskars) upper crest border punch
Have a Blessed day!
This card is so pretty and girly, Winter!!! Hope is indeed encouragement at it's finest ;) TFS!!!

You could seriously make these en masse and sell them at a "Race for the Cure". They'd be wonderful for a fund raiser.
Yes, my wheels are spinning -- this card is so inspiring.
I just posted a link to your card from my blog (I didn't want to post a pic without permission). :)
